This is a notice for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday October 7, at 4:00pm Pacific Time.
Attached is very important information regarding:

- ’25 AGM Proxy Form,
- ’24-’25 Audited Financial Statements
- ’24 AGM Minutes.
- Meeting Agenda and further details will be distributed to registered attendees ahead of the AGM.
Please Note: Non-members who register will be advised by email that the 2025 AGM is a CSAsurf Canada members only meeting and will not be permitted to attend.
